Our objective is to provide quality engineering products and systems through a technically qualified sales force committed to assisting the customer in obtaining a mechanically sound and economically feasible water and/or wastewater system. TDH is committed to the sale of systems that are applied to situations to solve standard and unique engineering problems economically and technically.

TDH is highly qualified as a sales and marketing agency for the municipal public works water and wastewater market in the Deep South. The primary focus is on the engineering-intensive areas of this market, collaborating with public agencies, outside consulting engineers, and their in-house engineering and operations teams.

TDH will assist in the engineering selection of systems and equipment, the preparation of the detailed written specifications describing the systems and equipment, and the specific application for the systems or equipment. TDH will assist the engineer and owner in preparing present value analyses to allow a fair evaluation of the equipment represented.

Clint R. Curl

President
Engineered Sales: GA, TN
  • Clint graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Civil Engineering and later earned his Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University in 2009. With more than 26 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Clint has worked in both operations and engineering design, including ten years in consulting engineering. He also holds state licenses in Georgia for water and wastewater treatment operations.
  • Today, Clint serves engineers and municipalities across northern Georgia, including the Atlanta area, as well as eastern Tennessee. He enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and helping them find practical, reliable solutions for their water and wastewater challenges.
  • Outside of work, Clint is a proud husband and father of two. He values time with family and brings the same dedication he shows at home into his professional life.

Holman Waters P.E

  • Holman has been a Manufacturers Representative since 1996. Holman is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and served in the Army for 12 years. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Land Surveyor in several southern states and has over 14 years experience as a consulting engineer. He is originally from Georgia, as is his wife. They have two (2) children and four (4) grandchildren.  Holman covers the majority of the state of Alabama and major consultants/owners in the Atlanta area.

Rick Calmes

Engineered Sales : GA, AL, FL Panhandle
  • Rick holds a BS degree from University of Buffalo in Chemical Engineering. He has worked in the Water and Wastewater industry for 25 years and is currently the VP of Engineered Sales. In the past, Rick has worked with a leading UV and Ozone manufacturer in Charlotte, NC as an Applications and Regional Sales Manager for over 9 years total. He has also worked as a Manufacturer Sales Rep in AZ, NM, Upstate NY and now in GA, AL, FL for 16+ years total. Rick was a Partner in the TDH before the sale to UFT.  He is married and has three (3) wonderful children and lives in Sugar Hill, GA.  Rick has a passion for music and movies and loves to spend time with his family in his free time. Rick supports the territories of Southern Georgia, Southern Alabama, and the Panhandle of Florida.

Andrew H. Waters

  • Andrew holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University and is married with three children. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia and brings 11 years of experience as a consulting engineer in the water/wastewater industry. Andrew serves as an engineered and aftermarket sales representative for the state of Georgia and Chattanooga, TN.

Corey Hagemann

  • Corey has been in the municipal water and wastewater industry since 2006. Prior to joining TDH, Corey worked as an aftermarket outside sales representative for Flygt in their Atlanta branch.
  • Corey also holds dual Class 1 Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators licenses in the state of Georgia.
  • Through The OPS Group, Corey serves as client level sales representative for GA, AL, Eastern TN and the FL panhandle. Corey is a Georgia native married and has two (2) children.

Spencer M Carpenter

  • With a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, Spencer's brings over a decade of hands-on experience in equipment and facility maintenance, with a specialized focus on wastewater treatment operations. His expertise spans the application of both biological and chemical treatment methods, leveraging laboratory analysis to optimize treatment efficiency and effectiveness. He uses a data-driven approach to chemical dosing and biological process monitoring to ensure compliance and adapt to the ever-changing demands of wastewater systems. Before joining TDH, Spencer managed wastewater treatment plants and utilities for a contract operations group.  Spencer is married with two kids and spends spare time working on and riding motorcycles, fishing, and college football

Jordon Hall

Aftermarket Sales
  • Jordon, Born and raised in North Georgia, currently resides with his family in Waleska Ga. His career background was bred entirely from operations in water and wastewater treatment. Starting from the age of 16 working with his father, who started and retired in municipal operations. From labor, to operator, to project management he has seen every level of municipal and contract operations. Jordon joined The TDH Company in September 2025, providing support and equipment to those operators and managers he has worked alongside for the past 15 years.

Keith Rowe

The TDH Company
Inside Sales
  • Keith has 20+ years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry, having worked for several firms as a Senior Field Inspector and Project Manager. Keith oversaw the construction or upgrade of numerous water and wastewater projects, including the Villa Rica Wastewater Treatment Plant, Shoal Creek Water Treatment Plant and Intake Station, and the Hickory Log Creek Dam. Keith is a Georgia native having graduated from Reinhardt University. He is married with two (2) grown children and one (1) grandchild. Keith is our Inside Technical Sales representative covering Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and the Florida panhandle.

Allison Kulp

Administrative Assistant
  • Allison joined TDH in 2008 and provides essential administrative support to both inside and outside sales. She specializes in bid preparation and coordination, while also assisting with conference scheduling and other key operational needs.

Kristy L. Vaughn

The TDH Company
Office Manager
  • Kristy rejoined the TDH team in August 2023, following the retirement of longtime office manager Kevin Smith. In the early 2000s, she served as one of the company's first administrative assistants, playing a key role in the company’s early growth.
  • In her current role, Kristy oversees office operations, manages accounts payable and receivable, and acts as the Engineered Sales Project Manager.
  • When she’s not at work, Kristy’s world revolves around her husband, their six kids, and a whirlwind of family activities, from youth sports to helping out with her husband’s business and music.

Savannah Jacqmein

Contract/Sales Coordinator
  • Savannah joined TDH in June 2025 and supports Aftermarket Sales with a focus on organization and keeping projects on track. She brings a background in healthcare administration, where she developed strong communication and problem-solving skills that she now applies to serving customers and supporting her team. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their daughter, Hallie, as well as reading, traveling, and working on creative projects.
